Host Checklist

Having trouble keeping up with the myriad of tasks when hosting HoodTown? Use this checklist to keep track of the day/night phases.

Recommended Tools:

1. ☀️Day Phase

Checklist for the day phase. (Tick checkbox if doesn't apply)

Jailor tasks completed?
- If Jailor selected a target, send message to Jailor after conclusion of the votes. You dragged your target off to jail!
- If Jailor selected a target, send message to Prisoner after conclusion of the votes. You were hauled off to jail!
Checkist for Revealed Mayor completed?
- If Mayor revealed did you post a Message in the thread? (Player) has revealed themself as the Mayor!
- Check the revealed Mayors +3 votes were counted?
Did you post Final Hour Announcement Post + Candidates List?
Did you post the Final Results? Reveal the Lynched players role identity?
Did you check if you needed to announce a 🌑 Full Moon 🐺 Tonight?

2. Setting up 🌙 Night Chats 💬

Checklist for night phase group chat set ups. (Tick checkbox if doesn't apply)

Did you check if you needed to create new chats?

- 🌹 Mafia Chat
- 🔮 Medium Chat
- 🏛️ Jailor Chat
Did Jailor haul a Vampire off to Jail? If so send message to vampire chat. (Player) was hauled off to jail
Did Jailor haul a Mafia off to Jail? If so send message to mafia chat. (Player) was hauled off to jail

3. Night Phase, Manipulation Roles activity

Get actions early from Transporter, Witch, Consort, Escort and Retributionist.

Did you get Transporter targets?
Did you get Witch target? Update Message: You have (#) forcefield left.
Did you get Escort target?
Did you get Consort target?
Did you get Retributionist targets?

4. Get Save Actions Early

Saves:
